MajorOSC is a sound design company founded by James High in 2019. Better known as Major Oscillator or MajorOSC, James provides world-class synthesizer presets for musicians around the world. The style is distinct, expressive, carefully tuned, and thematic. Over the past 3 years, his contributions have garnered high praise from other industry professionals, and recognition from composers and producers worldwide.
MajorOSC currently serves as Sound Design Lead and Product Specialist with Modal Electronics. While releases have been limited since joining Modal, MajorOSC and ApertureSoundLab continue to operate independently, with more content planned for late 2022 and beyond.
